From Interstate 77
If you are heading South on Interstate 77 take Exit 14 (Galax/Hillsville) and turn right on US-221 North/US-58 West. Go 10 miles and turn left on Meadow Street. Go 4/10 mile and turn right on Grayson Street. Go 1/10 mile and turn left on Railroad Avenue. Continue on Railroad Avenue for 4/10 mile and the museum will be on your left.

From North Carolina (Highway 89)
Travel Highway 89 North into Virginia. Go 6.9 miles and turn right on Fair Street. Go 463 Feet and turn left on Railroad Avenue. Go 1/10 mile and the museum will be on your right.

Old Cranks Motorcar Museum & Ice Cream Shop

Old Cranks Motorcar Museum and Ice Cream Shop is located in Galax, Virginia. Our Museum is across from Felts Park (Home of the Old Fiddler's Convention) and conveniently located to downtown Galax. We are a short drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Interstate 77. Our hours are Saturday from 12pm-4pm and on Sunday from 1pm-4pm. (Other times by appointment) Admission is $4.00 for adults and children 6-12 is $2.00. Group rates are available, please contact us for details. Old Cranks RV Park is located on the same property and offers 15 Full Service Spaces, Tent Sites and Bathhouse.
